Rape Crisis South London runs the national rape crisis helpline, provide training, specialist counselling and an ISVA service.

Our Helpline (0808 802 9999) is open every day from 12-14:30 and 19-21:30 it is free to phone from landlines and most mobile networks.

Our Counselling Service offers up to 12 months specialist counselling for female survivors of sexual violence. For more information please call the office number.

Our ISVA service offers specialist support to female survivors of rape or sexual abuse who are thinking about or who have reported to the police. We can accompany survivors to the Haven’s, GUM’s, Police, CPS and Courts.

We will help by liaising with the legal services keeping witnesses informed up to and including the trial. Whatever the client is unsure about we will do our best to provide her with the appropriate information. Our aim is to provide a seamless service to the client. Service Definitions

Services offered to those who may require an advocate. An advocate is a person who can support a service user or carer through their contact with health services. Advocates will attend meetings with patients and help service users or carers to express concerns or wishes to health care professionals. Although many people can act as an advocate (friend, relative, member of staff) there are advocacy services available that can be accessed through the Trust.These advocates are trained and independent.
Services associated to counselling in all its various forms, including one-to-one and group therapy.
