The Carer's Befriending Service is essentially for people who would benefit from the support a telephone friendship could provide.
Being a Carer can be hard to adapt to. Not having someone to talk to about your responsibilities/caring role can be lonely and isolating. That’s where the Carers Telephone Befriending service can help!
If you, or someone you know, feels lonely and isolated, has little or no support from family or friends and is happy to have a conversation over the phone, please contact us.
The Carer's Befriending Service is free to recipients and calls are made between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Our volunteers can provide valuable weekly telephone contact at a time that suits you.
If you think that you or someone you know could benefit from this service, please contact us on either 0208 654 4440 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
