Turnaround Centre

This ground breaking initiative provides a single place for young people and their families to access a wide range of services including youth workers, the police, educational welfare officers, voluntary services, social workers and health advice.

Turn-up to Turnaround! - The Drop in Zone
Unique to the centre is its Drop in Zone - a place where young people can simply turn up for advice and support in a safe and secure environment. With experienced professionals on hand to deal with immediate concerns, they will also be able to identify where young people or their families require additional help or intervention and signpost them to those services. The Drop in Zone is for 14-21 year olds living in Croydon.

Parents worried about their children getting caught up in crime or antisocial behaviour will also be able to use the centre to get backing to help avoid their concerns becoming a reality.

The Croydon Turnaround Centre is operated by Croydon Council in partnership with a range of expert agencies to provide support services for the benefit of the young people of Croydon.
