Combat Stress is the UK's leading veterans' mental health charity.

For a century, we’ve helped former servicemen and women deal with trauma-related mental health problems such as anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
Today, we provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

Our free 24-hour Helpline provides confidential mental health advice. You, or your family, friends or carers, can contact us anytime, day or night, for help and support.  We also provide residential and community  treatment and support. 

Our specialist team will help you find the right support to tackle the past and take on the future.
