Opening Hours: 9.00am to 5.00pm - Monday to Friday

If you require a service, One Stop Reception will carry out a preliminary assessment of your needs and if appropriate refer you on for a more detailed assessment by a care manager. There is also a referral team based in the Contact Centre who can carry out a preliminary assessment of your needs over the phone. If Social Services cannot provide you with a service, they will try to put you in touch with other organisations that might be able to help.
