Mind offers weekly, one-to-one counselling, time limited up to 12 sessions, daytime and evenings. It also offers group therapy.
It is a self referral only service in which an application pack will be sent out. Once this has been received back an assessment interview is offered, usually within 4 weeks, to decide what is appropriate, and there will be a waiting list thereafter which is dependant on client and counsellor availability.
The majority of counsellors working at MIND do so on a voluntary basis. A contribution is requested towards MIND’S administrative costs.

Unwaged contribution - £5
Waged - your weekly contribution is based on your earnings (0.1% of your gross annual income e.g. £23,000 = £23 per session).
The amount will be discussed and agreed with you in the assessment.
