Healthwatch Croydon are the statutory consumer champion for both health and social care.

Healthwatch Croydon enables people to share their views and concerns about their local health and social care services. People are able to find information on local health and care services and how to access them.

Healthwatch have a seat on the statutory Health and Wellbeing Board for Croydon, ensuring that the views and experiences of patients, carers and other service users are taken into account. They have a seat on the CCG Governing Body and are a co-opted member of the Health/Care/Housing Scrutiny Committee. They also provide feedback directly on services to national inspectors, the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
