We are a not for profit, counselling service based in Croydon, which was established in 2009 by Julia Yearwood. We provide a range of counselling and therapy services for children, young people and their families.
Since 2009 we have worked in partnership with primary and secondary schools, children‚ centres, youth centres and other voluntary organisations, providing support to many children, young people, families and carers. We work in partnership with local services to provide a joined up, multi-agency approach, which positively impacts the lives of our community, reaching families who might not otherwise gain access these emotional support services.
Our team of therapists are qualified and experienced in their specific fields; we also provide work placements for trainee therapists who are studying on clinically supervised therapy/counselling courses. Having a multi-disciplinary therapy service enables us to provide the most appropriate form of therapy to suit each individual.
All our therapists‚ work is supervised by experienced and appropriately qualified clinical supervisors.
Time 4 Me is an Organisational Member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), we also hold memberships with CVA and Croydon BME Forum, as well as being a ‚Positive about Disabled People‚ employer.
