Cranstoun Trelawn House

The Cranstoun Trelawn House is a residential treatment and rehabilitation service, in a large house situated in the Purley area of South London.

We can take up to 15 people who are recently detoxified. The service is for those who would benefit from a programme of high support including those who are subject to court orders or discharge from prison. We have 24 hour, 7 days a week staff cover with an extensive programme designed to address the many and varied issues involved with substance misuse.

* Weekly 1-2-1 Key Working
* A Group work Programme which incorporates:
    * Relapse Prevention
    * Life and Social Skills
    * Relaxation
    * Problem Solving and Decision Making
    * Assertiveness Skills
    * Health Awareness
    * Auricular Acupuncture
    * Aromatherapy
    * Indian Head Massage
    * Support to Access Move on Options
    * A 12 week aftercare programme including group attendance and individual keywork
