Brent Mind

Horizons Service

The Horizons Service aims to help people recover from mental health distress and to support wellbeing through mental health promotion, anti stigma work, volunteering and relapse prevention. We are in the process of reconfiguring this service to better meet the needs of our service users.

Horizons offers a flexible programme of activities, groups, informal training and interventions to assist service users to make progress with their own recovery goals by following a stepped progression route. The service can be provided to any Brent resident, aged 18 to 65, who experiences mental health distress. We accept direct referrals or referrals can be made by GPs or other agencies.

DROP – IN SESSION , 4pm – 7pm every second and fourth Tuesday of the month.
